Honey Mustard Tortilla's

1/4	cup honey mustard
6	Old El Paso flour tortillas for burritos (8 inch; from 11-oz package)
6	oz thinly sliced cooked ham
6	oz thinly sliced cooked turkey
1 1/2	cups creamy coleslaw (from deli)
1/2	medium cucumber, thinly sliced

1.	Spread honey mustard evenly over each tortilla. Top with ham, turkey, coleslaw and cucumber.
2.	Roll tortillas around filling.

Substitution

For fun and a flavor boost, use flavored tortillas, like spinach or garden vegetable.

Do-Ahead

These sandwiches travel well when wrapped in plastic wrap or foil.

Variation

This sandwich filling can also be stuffed into pita bread halves.

I have used the spinach flavored tortilla's before and they are delicious.
