Websites for free online psychological help?

I'm trying to find some websites that might offer free psychological help online but I'm not having any luck. I have a friend who's been feeling severely depressed recently-crying for days straight and all. I don't want to go into the details behind it although I can say that it has to do with one of her parents being a control freak and never thinking that she's perfect and my friend is bothered to a point that she just-well, I don't think I need to say anything further. She can't afford to see a psychiatrist, as we all know how expensive they can be. So I'm trying to search online for any sites that might offer some free advice. Would anyone know of such sites? The help would be greatly appreciated.
