Hi all, A Super Moon is the biggest Full Moon of the year at its perigee (meaning it's at its closest proximity to the Earth). This “supermoon” effect can affect weather and cause anomalies like storms, floods, earthquakes and volcano’s. The last Extreme Super Moon like this was at the time of the Indonesian quake and tsunami. It also affects emotions and can cause physical issues like joint pain, headaches and fatigue. If you live in a traffic area, you have also probably noticed that some people's driving skills may need some adjusting :-)) Here in California, that is always the case! If you can go out and see this Full Moon, enjoy – it’s bound to be lush and bright. My colleagues are writing about this super moon, as it is part of other events happening now. Mainly, it is a great time from tonight to 1/31 to review the flow of your life and where it may need a log jam cleared to let it flow better. It is a wonderful time to be in gratitude for what you have and have let go of. And it's a great time period to be thinking of making plans, not necessarily doing them, just planning. So may the light of the moon guide your path and bring you to what you seek! Happy Full Moon!
