The Ramsey Burger

Ingredients
•Salt & Pepper (1 Teaspoon Each)
•1 lb Hamburger
•Paparika (1 Teaspoon)
•Cayenne Pepper (1 Teaspoon)
•Garlic Powder (1 Teaspoon)
•Red Hot Hot Sauce (1 Tablespoon)
•Worchester Sauce (1 Tablespoon)
•Ketchep (1 Tablespoon)
Directions
Mix Salt & Pepper Hamburger Paparika Cayenne Pepper Red Hot Hot Sauce Worchester Sauce Ketchep Shape into Patties Place in Fridge to Firm, 15minutes. Then cook. This is a spicy burger, not too spicy. I recommend topping with Bleu Cheese, any Cheese will do but Bleu Cheese will work well with the heat.

If you like burgers this is a good one. Men seem to really like this one. My brother calls it the Man Food (lol) With all the games coming up I've been trying new things I'll post more once I put them together.

My Chili

This recipe has earned me prizes even though there are no secret mystery ingredients.

Remember, I feed 8 people so you can cut this recipe to suit your needs.

2 lbs hamburger meat
1 lb mild sausage
1 onion
4 cans tomato juice (the large ones in the juice aisle)
6 cans light red kidney beans
6 cans dark red kidney beans
4 or 5 packs wal mart brand mild chili season

Brown hamburger and sausage with onion. Drain.

In crock add tomato juice and chili season. Then add beans and meat mixture. Mix all ingredients well. Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 or 5.

You can cook this on the stove top in about an hour or so. But the longer it cooks in the crock the better it tastes.

Chili
Spaghetti
Goolash
Hamburger Helper
Hamburgers
Etc.

You can also used ground turkey where it calls for hamburger in most recipes.
